I'm having trouble signing in, help!
You need to be a girl and over 17 to access Lulu, so check your Facebook settings to make sure that age and gender are correct.
If you're a (real) girl, and the app thinks you're a dude, then let us know by sending your Facebook username to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Facebook username is what comes after www.facebook.com/… when you're logged in on Facebook. It could look something like Lola.Chipwich.22 or LolaChipwich.1987 or a string of numbers.
How does Lulu work?
Lulu takes its cues from the real world: we like a guy so we talk to our friends and indulge in a little Facebook and Google "research". Lulu helps girls find out if our crush is the real deal or a girl's worst nightmare.
A Lulu review is like a Cosmo quiz. Girls answer multiple-choice questions about a guy friend's sense of humor, manners, ambition, commitment level, and appearance. Unlike Yelp, girls can't write in their own comments.
Girls can only review guys who have signed up for Lulu. Guys who sign up for Lulu can add photos and hashtags for girls to see. They can also see their total number of views and favorites - all anonymous, of course. Guys can never review girls or see what girls are doing on Lulu.
Girls are always anonymous on Lulu. Everything you do on Lulu is private.
How does Lulu use Facebook?
Lulu uses Facebook to check your gender, identify your friends, and make signing up for Lulu super easy. Lulu always respects your Facebook privacy settings. We will NEVER post to Facebook.
I'm not on Facebook. Can I still use Lulu?
No. You need a Facebook profile to sign in to Lulu.
What is a review?
A Lulu review is quiz, just like in Cosmo. To create a review, girls answer multiple-choice questions about their guy friend's sense of humor, manners, ambition, commitment level, and appearance. They can also select from a list of best and worst qualities, such as #SweetToMom or #RudeToWaiters.
Girls can only review guys who have signed up for Lulu. Those guys can add photos and hashtags for girls to see. They can also see their total number of views.
Reviews are always anonymous. Your name is never attached to a review, or any of your activity on Lulu.
How do I create a review?
Find the guy in your dashboard or search for him. If he's not there, invite him to sign up. You can then create an anonymous review.

What is a favorite?
When you star a guy's profile, he gets added to your list of favorites and you get notified when there are updates about him on Lulu, such as a new review, new pictures, or a change in his relationship status.

What about crazy ex-girlfriends?
Like any other review, a Lulu review is just one person's opinion. Girls are smart, and we know the difference between one bad review from an ex-girlfriend and ten bad reviews. Lulu shows all reviews for a particular guy - not just the worst one. We also have "agree" and "disagree" buttons that let other girls weigh in on the accuracy of each review.
